How do i maintain the wheels?

Usually if the filters are kept clean,  then the wheel inside the dehumidifier should also be clean.  A clean wheel will maintain it’s airflow and maximum surface area in contact with the year.  occasionally, a professional can use compressed air to clean the wheel internally to help maximize performance.

How long do they last?

Ecor Pro wheels should last for around 4-5 years.  The performance will drop over time.  Usually around 10% per year after around 2-3 years.

Even in the commercial sector the wheels are typically replaced only after 10 years or so.
