Please note that if the DH800 / DH1200 / EPD30 / EPD50 overheats the overheat protector inside the dehumidifier will trip. From May 2020, the reset system changed. To reset the dehumidifier allow it to cool then remove the power from the unit totally and reconnect. This is usually take the plug out and then put the plug back in again to reset. The unit should then start again.
Overheating is usually caused by operating the unit in temperatures of over 40°C/ 104°F with a restricted airflow i.e. dust filter is blocked / ducting is too long or ducting is too twisted.
For other larger desiccant models, used in similar conditions that overheat, please consult the user manual.
