Tough polypropylene Sheet

Polypropylene cover over a polypropylene webbing.  Professional Grade is 10 Mil thick (2.5mm) with 14 x 14 cross weaved polypropylene webbing.  Trade grade is 5 Mil thick (1.25mm) with 8 x 8 cross weave.  

HEAT SEALED SEAMS

Both Trade grade and Professional Grade tarpaulins are have heat sealed seams to stop fraying and add strength.

PlUS STITCHING FOR STRENGTH

All Ecor Pro tarps have added stitching on the seams for further added strength.

The 4 sides have a polypropylene rope around the outside to prevent ripping and improve wear.

ALUMINIUM GROMMETS

Both grades of tarps use rust free aluminium grommets to attach ropes and fastenings.   Trade grade tarps have grommets every 34″/1m but Professional tarps have them every 18″/0.45m for added security and high winds. 

Professional grade use reinforcement supports for even more strength.

UV Coating

Professional grade tarps have an antimicrobial additive impregnated into the polypropylene that make them resistant to UV radiation that can disintegrate plastics over time. 

All tarps are of course washable and additives prevent mold growth.    

RETAIL PACKAGING

Our tarps are packaged in retail packaging ready for easy display.  All packaging can be recycled.
